Marmalade is a London-based creative communications agency with a reputation for purpose campaigns. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Integrated Producer who will also have a background in film production to join our growing team.
You’ll work across our global client-base delivering a portfolio of integrated brand campaigns, corporate and internal communications, short/long-form branded content and brand partnership development.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the Executive Producer, Studio Lead and Creative team to respond to briefs - confirm scope and feasibility of campaigns, resource and cost estimates, and produce timelines and production plans
- Lead projects from brief to delivery, producing multi-channel assets including film, print, digital, OOH, design, etc.
- Support the Executive Producer with account management and client communications - agreeing milestones, setting expectations, managing scope, issues, reporting progress, etc.
- Manage pre-production and logistics including the sourcing, negotiating and scheduling of film locations, talent, crew, kit, travel.
- Engage and brief freelancer resources including art directors, graphic designers, web developers, Ai studios, editors, etc.
- Ensure the smooth running of productions, staying 2 steps ahead, problem solving, managing risk, compliance with copyright, licensing, insurance, contracts, regulations and local laws.
- Manage shoots (on set / remote) as required – ensuring they progress to schedule, coordinating crew, talent and contributors, and that all shots and narrative are captured.
- Manage post-production processes including overseeing edits, visual effects, subtitles, translation and animation.
- Manage quality across all assets ensuring team and suppliers deliver to brief, including review, feedback and sign-off processes.
- Budget management and tracking of actuals (time and expenses) across projects, and support end of project reconciliation.
- Help to up-skill and train relevant staff including Assistant Producer.
✅ What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in a production house or integrated agency (with at least 4 years in a similar role)
- Ability to run several projects concurrently - comfortable managing both small and large productions.
- A broad field of interests and growth mindset - approaching every campaign and challenge with the same level of passion and ambition - whether working on a global campaign for an iconic brand, or an internal campaign for a client’s employee audience.
- Pro‑active with a strong client service ethos. Experience managing global projects with clients and teams working remotely
- Full lifecycle experience from pitch to delivery across digital, social, TV and print.
- Solid creative judgment - supported by experience and real‑life examples.
- Excellent communication with the ability to articulate ideas effectively (both verbally and written) per the audience – generating understanding and buy in
- Excellent operational routines and processes; time management, running of meetings, co‑ordinating planning activities, client management, reporting, etc.
- Ability to manage scope changes, whilst maintaining creative integrity
- Adept at providing pro‑active, visible, transparent leadership
- Solid supplier management, business acumen and negotiation
- A strong technical understanding of kit and shoot logistics is critical
- Experience of setting up overseas shoots
- Remote filming and Covid‑19 shoot regulations
- A good eye for detail with edit producer experience a plus
- Occasional overseas travel may be required
- Must be confident managing hybrid teams and resources
