As we continue to grow by around 30% year-on-year, weβre looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to join our high-performing team. What you\’ll be doing: Building relationships with clients through warm calls and prospecting. Coordinating appointments and supporting the sales team with scheduling. Keeping CRM systems and internal records up to date and accurate. Offering professional advice and guidance to help clients find the right training solutions. Supporting team meetings and representing the business with professionalism and energy. What we\’re looking for: Previous experience in sales or a customer-focused role. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships. A genuine, consultative approach to sales and client engagement. Confident using IT systems and CRM tools. Organised, detail-oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
