Ansul Installations Lead Engineer – Nationwide

At Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression, we excel in designing, installing, and maintaining top-notch systems for a wide range of clients across the UK, including hotels, restaurants, schools, and hospitals. Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled Ansul Installation Lead Engineer to join our team with a Nationwide focus.

Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression's Ansul Installation Lead Engineer
Providing support to the Installation Manager, investigating and dealing with customer complaints whilst overseeing and monitoring the work progression of the respective engineers in terms of the installation of bigger systems.
- Holding biweekly meetings with new and existing engineers, covering the following:
- Identifying further training requirements across all engineers.
- Assisting the engineers in achieving a good work/home life balance.
- Assessing tool requirements and suggestions.
- Employee engagement around mental health and wellbeing.
- Overseeing and assisting in managing the engineer relationships with schedulers.
- Distribution of working away from home jobs.
- Distribution of Ansul bulletins and clarification when required.
- Implementing and ensuring the adherence of the training matrix, providing further development via a red, amber, and green light system.
- Spending one day a week working with new or existing engineers either on installations, remedials, FOC work, PDA training or any other areas where training is required.
- Providing engineering advice and support via telephone.
- Implementing a group WhatsApp chat where engineers can feel comfortable asking for advice.
- Support the Warehouse Manager and team on complex kit builds, upcoming large installations, 1/4 work etc.
