Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Ansul Service Engineer to join our team. About The Role
As an Ansul Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective servicing, maintenance, and compliance of kitchen fire suppression systems across our customer sites. Working in the field, you will represent Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression while maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This is a remote field-based position and will involve travel to customer sites, including occasional overnight stays where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and commission Ansul R102 and Piranha kitchen fire suppression systems.
- Carry out modification and remedial works to ensure systems remain fully operational and compliant.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with current British Standards and industry best practice.
- Accurately complete service documentation and reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally on-site.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of fire suppression systems, regulations, and safety standards.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience servicing, maintaining, and commissioning Ansul R102 and Piranha systems.
- Strong technical understanding of kitchen fire suppression systems.
- A proactive and structured approach to work with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when working under pressure.
- A positive attitude and commitment to personal and professional development.
- Full UK driving licence.
