Entry Level Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer
Be among the first 25 applicants. We are looking to appoint several entry‑level fire & security maintenance engineers throughout various locations across the UK. No experience is necessary; our in‑house Training Academy will give you the skills you need to work in our exciting business and kick‑start your new career.

Operating 24/7 across the whole of the UK, we work with clients of all sizes to provide end‑to‑end fire and security solutions to ensure safety, security, and compliance.
Requirements
This is an entry‑level role; no prior experience required. Experience working in service, broadband, or electrical services is highly advantageous but not necessary.
The Role
You will be trained to service a wide variety of fire and security systems, all located within a compact geographical area.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilising Marlowe’s first‑class academy
- Shadowing experienced engineers to gain hands‑on experience and technical knowledge
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service on site visits
What We Are Looking For
- Keen interest in fire and security systems
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation
- Great attention to detail
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Be able to deliver exceptional customer service
