We're looking for an organised, innovative and proactive Creative Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team at Marlowe Fire & Security Group (MFSG) - the fastest-growing nationwide provider of fire and security solutions, made up of several respected brands and more than 1,200 employees. Based in our vibrant Salford Quays offices (with free parking and on-site gym!) and offering hybrid working, this is a varied, exciting role with a design-led focus.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing a variety of compelling visual assets for digital and print - including social media graphics, campaign visuals, brochures, infographics, signage, presentations and paid media creatives.
  • Planning and producing short-form video content - from storyboarding to filming and editing - for use across social channels, campaigns, internal comms and events.
  • Capturing high-quality photography and video footage at key events, launches, and on-site shoots to support brand storytelling and marketing collateral.
  • Creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for tenders, bids and internal use, elevating standard content through polished, on-brand visual design.
  • Bringing brand stories to life visually, through iconography, campaign identities, custom design elements and layouts that align with our tone and brand guidelines.
  • Delivering creative assets for event marketing - such as banners, animations, digital invites, branded stage visuals and promotional video loops.
  • Supporting cross-channel campaign execution, collaborating with the wider team to align creative with objectives across email, social, web and print.
  • Evolving and protecting our visual identity, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all assets while introducing fresh creative ideas.
  • Designing and coordinating branded merchandise, producing print-ready files and working with suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Updating websites and social channels with new visuals, video content and creative assets to keep our digital presence fresh and engaging.
  • Providing creative direction and support to internal stakeholders, advising on best formats, visuals and storytelling methods for maximum impact.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in a similar hybrid design/marketing role or as a Graphic Designer with marketing exposure.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop - or Canva for quick-turn creative.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools (e.g. Final Cut Pro, iMovie) for editing, plus confidence filming and producing short-form content.
  • A creative eye for composition and lighting - with the ability to capture photography at events or on-site.
  • Ability to craft visually engaging PowerPoint decks that align with brand standards.
  • Basic experience in updating websites via CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), and editing digital assets for mobile and web use (not essential).
  • Understanding of visual trends and asset formats for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Ability to follow and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across formats and teams.
  • Strong time management skills to juggle varied briefs and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working closely with marketing, sales and leadership teams across a multi-brand Group.
