Entry Level Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer
We are looking to appoint several entry-level fire & Security Maintenance Engineers within Marlowe Fire & Security throughout various locations across the UK.
No experience is necessary as our in-house Training Academy will give you the skills you need to work in our exciting business and kick-start your new career.

The Role
You will be trained to service a wide variety of fire and security systems, all located within a compact geographical area.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilising Marlowe\’s very own first-class academy
- Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service on site visits
What we are looking for
These are entry-level roles within the business; therefore, we are not looking for candidates who are already experienced in these disciplines. Working in the service industry, broadband, or electrical services industry will be highly advantageous but not necessary.
- Keen interest in fire and security systems
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation
- Great attention to detail
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Be able to deliver exceptional customer service
- Must be able to perform well as an individual as well as part of a team
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Full driving licence – mandatory

- On Target Earnings – £ 28,000 – £ 30,000 including bonuses & overtime.
