WCS Group are part of the Marlowe Environmental Services. WCS Group have fantastic opportunities to add to our expanding team for Experienced Water Hygiene Technician. The successful candidate will be ideally based in the London area and will cover sites in the South East and London.

Package

  • Salary Β£26,000-Β£29,000 (depending on experience), with significant opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime readily available.
  • 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
  • 23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. After 2 complete years’ continuous service with the Company, you will be entitled to one extra day of holiday for every complete year of service thereafter, to a maximum of 25 days.
  • 10 extra paid days leave for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers to attend their annual training.

Main Duties

  • Water Sampling.
  • Temperature monitoring.
  • Descaling of shower head and hoses.
  • TMV Servicing.
  • Tank Cleans and inspections.
  • Cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of the cooling towers.
  • Endoscopic inspection of calorifiers.
  • Mains injection pipework chlorination works.

Requirements

  • Confined space trained (advantageous).
