Requirements
- Assisting senior surveyors on site inspections and surveys while gaining hands‑on experience.
- Learning how to identify and assess asbestos‑containing materials (ACMs) in a variety of buildings and environments.
- Collecting material samples under supervision, ensuring safe handling and compliance with regulations.
- Accurately recording site data and observations.
- Preparing clear, structured survey notes and reports, with guidance and review from qualified surveyors.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Liaising with clients and site contacts professionally while representing Tersus.
- Participating in structured training (including BOHS P402 certification) and ongoing mentoring to progress towards becoming a fully qualified surveyor.
- Maintaining equipment and PPE, ensuring it’s in safe, working order.
