In-House Recruiter (6-Month FTC)

Hybrid – 2 office days per week ideally. Offices are in Wednesbury, Sheffield, Cardiff or Tamworth areas

Full-Time | Immediate Start

We\’re looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our internal Talent team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Senior HR Business Partner, supporting national hiring needs with a particular focus on asbestos-related roles.

Requirements

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across our asbestos entity
  • Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Supporting HR-led recruitment projects and process improvements
  • Travelling to various office locations when needed (travel expenses covered)

What we\’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with strong headhunting skills
  • Creative, proactive mindset – you think beyond the job ad
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent platforms
  • Confident communicator who can engage at all levels
  • Knowledge of the asbestos sector is desirable – but not essential, as training will be provided
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate across regions
  • Full UK driving licence
