In-House Recruiter (6-Month FTC)
Hybrid – 2 office days per week ideally. Offices are in Wednesbury, Sheffield, Cardiff or Tamworth areas

We\’re looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our internal Talent team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Senior HR Business Partner, supporting national hiring needs with a particular focus on asbestos-related roles.
Requirements
What you\’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across our asbestos entity
- Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Supporting HR-led recruitment projects and process improvements
- Travelling to various office locations when needed (travel expenses covered)
What we\’re looking for:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with strong headhunting skills
- Creative, proactive mindset – you think beyond the job ad
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent platforms
- Confident communicator who can engage at all levels
- Knowledge of the asbestos sector is desirable – but not essential, as training will be provided
- Willingness to travel and collaborate across regions
- Full UK driving licence
