If you enjoy shaping stories for complex organisations, advising senior stakeholders, and building content systems that actually work in practice, this will appeal.

What makes this opportunity stand out is its scope and visibility. This is a newly created, business-critical role with real influence across a high-calibre strategic communications consultancy. You’ll work with ambitious clients on high-stakes briefs, while also defining the agency’s own content strategy and standards. It’s a chance to set the bar, not just meet it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead content strategy across multiple channels (earned, owned, digital, social, thought leadership, speeches, op-eds and more).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients on messaging, narrative, and content planning across corporate communications, issues and crisis, and public affairs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust knowledge and evidence base to inform content decisions, using insights, audience understanding, and performance data to guide recommendations.
  • Create and refine high-quality content yourself, as well as shaping briefs and guiding colleagues and external partners.
  • Drive consistent tone, frameworks, and best practice across the consultancy’s own marketing and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants across practice areas to ensure content aligns with wider strategy and delivers measurable impact.
Required Experience

You’ll likely bring agency or in-house experience in strategic communications, corporate or public affairs content, with a strong track record advising senior stakeholders and crafting clear, persuasive, multi-channel content.
