We are seeking an experienced High-Frequency Trader (HFT) with a proven track record of at least 10 years across multiple strategies and asset classes. The successful candidate will join our global trading team, driving profitable execution, strategy innovation, and market impact while collaborating with quant developers and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage high-frequency trading strategies across equities, derivatives, FX, or other relevant asset classes.
- Monitor, optimize, and enhance trading algorithms to ensure speed, accuracy, and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, software engineers, and other traders to improve execution and strategy performance.
- Conduct rigorous risk analysis and maintain strong adherence to risk management protocols.
