We’re hiring a proactive and detail-orientedCustomer Support Analystto join the eOperations team of aglobal financial services business. Based inLondon, this role supports mission-critical trading applications and services across EMEA, APAC, and the US. The Opportunity
You’ll be part of a global team overseeing the full trade lifecycle — from order entry through to clearing and settlement. Working closely with brokers, traders, product teams, and developers, you’ll play a key role in maintaining service excellence and operational resilience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and resolve 1st-line support issues; escalate as needed while maintaining clear documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations throughout.
- Take ownership of your workload and contribute to team task distribution.
- Develop expertise in proprietary trading platforms, supporting issue replication and UAT testing.
- Troubleshoot FIX API connections and monitor trade flows and market data workflows.
- Support daily health checks and participate in platform testing and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing resources.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a trading support or financial services environment (e.g. brokerage, exchange, investment bank).
- Familiarity with FX and Rates products (e.g. NDFs, Swaps, FXO, IRS, Gilts, EGBs).
- Experience with FIX protocol, Unix/Linux, and end-to-end trade lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills – able to bridge the gap between business and technology.
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of SQL, JIRA, and scripting is a plus.
- Exposure to third-party tools like MarkitWire, ICElink, Refinitiv, or ION is highly desirable.
