Crypto Sales / Sales Trading

We are a financial services firm with offices in London / New York and Asia, we are seeking an experienced and driven Cryptocurrency Sales Trader or Small Team to join our dynamic growing digital assets business.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, a proven track record in trading and sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for the evolving digital asset landscape.

Responsibilities

1. Execute trades across a variety of cryptocurrency products, including spot, derivatives, and structured products, ensuring optimal pricing and execution for clients.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, hedge funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
3. Provide market insights, trading ideas, and tailored solutions to clients based on their investment goals and risk appetite.
4. Monitor and analyze cryptocurrency market trends, news, and macroeconomic factors to identify trading opportunities and risks.
5. Collaborate with the research and analytics team to produce market reports and thought leadership content for clients.
6. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise on market dynamics, regulatory developments, and portfolio strategies.
7. Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cryptocurrency trading, sales, or a related field within financial services.
2. Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and altcoins, as well as familiarity with blockchain technology.
3. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced trading environment.
4. Excellent understanding of trading platforms, order management systems, and market data tools.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience.
7. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Relevant qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent are a plus.
9. Familiarity with UK and EU financial regulations related to cryptocurrencies is preferred.
