Our client, an international oil trading house is looking for a Senior Operational Risk Analyst to join their London team. They’re open on background, as long as you bring experience from commodity trading and have worked in operational risk, compliance, internal audit, regulatory reporting, or a control function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enhance operational risk frameworks
- Investigate incidents and identify control gaps
- Support & deputise for the Operational Risk Manager
- Lead Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and ERM initiatives
- Work with IT to align system development with control frameworks
- Maintain and improve risk infrastructure and documentation
- Prepare and present internal risk reports
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in the commodity trading sector (oil, gas, metals, ags, etc.)
- Background in risk, compliance, audit, or reporting
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
