Our client, a commodity trading house based in London, is looking for a Regulatory & Compliance Advisor to join their expanding team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advise commercial and functional teams on complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory and compliance matters
- Provide legal and compliance support across anti-bribery, antitrust, data protection, sanctions, and market conduct issues
- Support internal investigations and risk assessment
For this role, you will need the following experience:
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction (e.g. Australia, Singapore, Canada)
- Minimum of 3 years' PQE (or equivalent)
- Strong practical understanding of global trading and regulatory frameworks, ideally with UK/US exposure
- Experience gained in a top-tier law firm or in-house within a commodities trading, energy, or financial services business
