Our client, an Oil Trading company, is looking for a Junior Operator to join their team in London.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Manage day-to-day jet fuel and biofuel operations (including SAF and HVO), overseeing pipeline and ITT nominations and coordinating with tank farm operators, terminals, counterparties, customers, and logistics providers to ensure efficient operational delivery.
  • Review operational and logistical provisions within sales and purchase agreements to ensure consistency with commercial recaps and operational practicality.
  • Manage invoicing activities, including cargo payments, freight, storage, inspection charges, and other related operational costs.

You will need to have the following experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Maritime Studies, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in refined products, aviation fuel, biofuel, or shipping operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ETRM systems or similar trading platforms.
