Join a dynamic and fast-paced Execution Desk responsible for trading across a wide range of asset classes and instruments. We’re looking for an experienced Execution Desk Broker with a strong background in Equities, Futures, and Options to ensure seamless execution and contribute to the development of trading strategies.
The Role
You will be responsible for executing orders across multiple asset classes—especially Equities, Futures, and Options—while formulating strategies based on market trends. The role demands a deep understanding of market structures, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to operate autonomously during evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute orders across Equities, Futures, and Options, as well as FX and fixed income products.
- Implement trading strategies based on market outlooks and dynamics.
- Monitor global market events and interpret them for actionable trading decisions.
- Operate across various trading platforms to ensure efficient and accurate execution.
- Contribute to optimizing execution processes and risk management controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal procedures.
What We're Looking For
- FCA Registered (minimum 2 years) — mandatory for evening shift coverage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a trading/execution role with direct exposure to Equities, Futures, and Options.
- Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle and execution best practices.
- Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel (essential); Python knowledge is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of SPAN margins and risk management principles.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with flexible shift work.
