We are a leading global provider of market infrastructure and trading technology is seeking an Electronic Execution Trader to strengthen its presence across EMEA.

We connect institutional clients to liquidity, data, and advanced execution capabilities through innovative technology and a broad global network.

This role sits within a next‑generationagency execution business that supports buy‑side participants across multiple asset classes.

The business focuses on intelligent, efficient, and secure trading solutions, combining cutting‑edge technology with deep market expertise.

We are looking for an electronic trading specialist to drive commercial growth, expand market penetration, and deepen engagement with institutional clients.

The ideal candidate will bring

The role reports to the Head of Business Development (EMEA) and spans Equities, Multi‑Asset, and Execution & Quantitative Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Market Expansion
  • Drive revenue growth by increasing adoption of electronic execution products and services.
  • Expand the institutional client base and re‑engage dormant accounts.
  • Identify and execute cross‑selling opportunities across listed derivatives and other business lines.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop collateral, messaging, and client engagement strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of platform capabilities, product roadmap, and competitive landscape.
  • Proactively prospect new opportunities and ensure internal stakeholders are aligned on progress.
  • Strategic Leadership & Execution
  • Work with senior stakeholders to develop and execute the regional client strategy.
  • Integrate liquidity, products, services, and distribution channels to optimise client access.
  • Contribute to product innovation and revenue diversification initiatives.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Strengthen relationships with asset managers, brokers, and market participants across EMEA.
  • Represent the business at industry conferences, networking events, and professional forums.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consultative engagement and solution‑driven dialogue.

Experience & Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of electronic trading, algorithmic execution, and equities market structure.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in electronic execution trading
  • Proven track record of delivering strong commercial outcomes and managing revenue.
  • Strong relationships across buy‑side clients, sell‑side firms, and exchanges.
  • Broad understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and execution workflows.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and passion for innovation in electronic trading.
