What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute trades across crypto products: spot, derivatives, structured products — always aiming for optimal execution and client satisfaction
- Build and grow relationships with institutional clients, hedge funds, family offices, and HNWIs
- Deliver tailored market insights, trading ideas, and investment solutions
- Monitor market trends, news, and macro events to identify new opportunities and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with internal teams to create thought leadership and market content
- Be a trusted advisor on market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and portfolio strategies
- Drive business growth by identifying and onboarding new clients
- Ensure full compliance with regulations and internal policies
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in crypto trading, institutional sales, or a related financial services role
- In-depth knowledge of major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, altcoins) and blockchain fundamentals
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with trading platforms, OMS, and data tools
- Strong analytical thinking and composure under pressure
- Clear, confident communication skills — able to break down complex ideas for any audience
- A proactive, self-starter mindset — team player with a drive for results
- (Bonus) CFA, CAIA, or other relevant qualifications
- (Bonus) Familiarity with UK/EU crypto regulations
