We are working with an exciting chemical logistics business in London that is looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator to join its expanding team. You will be responsible for coordinating customer orders and shipments throughout the full delivery and booking process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating shipments from order placement through to final delivery
- Managing booking processes with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers
- Monitoring shipment schedules and resolving operational issues proactively
- Liaising with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure accurate communication and timely updates
- Maintaining accurate shipment and operational records
- Supporting the wider operations and logistics team with day-to-day coordination activities
