We are a growing, well-regarded law firm based in the West End, with a strong and expanding residential conveyancing practice. We advise a broad client base including private individuals, investors, developers, and overseas buyers, and are known for high service standards and a modern, commercial approach.

The firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor/Lawyer with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join its expanding property team. This is a hands-on role with exposure to high-quality matters and direct client contact from day one. You will manage your own caseload with appropriate support, working on a mix of residential conveyancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Acting on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
  • Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process in a clear and commercial manner
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports on title, and related documentation
  • Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the continued growth and development of the conveyancing practice
Requirements
  • 2–4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or qualified Lawyer in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK residential property transactions
  • Experience managing files independently with minimal supervision
  • Confident client-facing skills and a professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Profile
  • Experience gained in a reputable London or regional firm
  • Exposure to high-value or complex residential transactions
  • Interest in long-term progression within a growing practice
