We are a growing, well-regarded law firm based in the West End, with a strong and expanding residential conveyancing practice. We advise a broad client base including private individuals, investors, developers, and overseas buyers, and are known for high service standards and a modern, commercial approach.
The firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor/Lawyer with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join its expanding property team. This is a hands-on role with exposure to high-quality matters and direct client contact from day one. You will manage your own caseload with appropriate support, working on a mix of residential conveyancing transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Acting on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
- Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process in a clear and commercial manner
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports on title, and related documentation
- Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the conveyancing practice
- 2–4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or qualified Lawyer in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of UK residential property transactions
- Experience managing files independently with minimal supervision
- Confident client-facing skills and a professional manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience gained in a reputable London or regional firm
- Exposure to high-value or complex residential transactions
- Interest in long-term progression within a growing practice
