Your main responsibility within the role will be to ensure the integrity of the firm’s financial statements through the preparation and independent verification of daily and monthly P&L, price verification, and valuation testing of trading inventory.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Independent valuation of commodity derivatives.
  • Daily & monthly P&L reporting.
  • P&L investigation, explanation, and reconciliations.

You will need to have the following experience:

  • Previous product control or related experience within a commodity environment.
  • Excellent numeracy and analytics combined with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a global team.
