Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end biomethane flow operations, including nomination, allocation, and reconciliation across physical and certificate systems.
  • Maintain and reconcile mass balance systems in line with ISCC EU sustainability requirements.
  • Oversee ISCC certification compliance, including documentation integrity, audit preparation, and ongoing certification maintenance.
  • Support operational processing of UKA and EUA transfers, including registry execution, settlement, and position reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in commodities operations, preferably within energy, environmental products, or gas markets.
  • Strong understanding of mass balance systems and chain-of-custody principles.
  • Familiarity with emissions trading schemes (UK ETS / EU ETS) or renewable certificate systems.
  • Experience working with ISCC EU or equivalent sustainability certification frameworks.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced trading environment with multiple stakeholders.
