  • Ensuring compliance with UK and European regulatory standards while embedding a strong health, safety, and quality culture.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience within the energy or transmission sector, with deep expertise in HVDC systems and infrastructure.
  • Proven leadership of engineering or technical teams within large-scale infrastructure or asset-heavy environments.
  • Strong understanding of grid systems, converter technologies, and transmission interface requirements.
  • Commercial acumen, including experience managing engineering contracts, suppliers, and technical negotiations.
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical or Power Engineering (or equivalent), with Chartered Engineer status advantageous.
