An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing international brokerage as a Delta One / ADR Sales Trader / Broker, covering institutional clients across the US equity markets.

We are seeking an experienced sales trading professional with a strong understanding of Delta One products, American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), and US equity execution.

This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who enjoys building client relationships while delivering high-quality execution solutions to hedge funds, asset managers, family offices and other institutional investors.

Candidates can be based in New York, London or Dubai, working as part of a global team covering international market hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute institutional client orders across US equity markets with a focus on Delta One products and ADRs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, family offices and other institutional investors.
  • Generate execution flow by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Provide clients with market colour, liquidity insights and execution ideas throughout the US trading day.
  • Deliver best execution while maintaining a high level of client service.
  • Work closely with research, capital markets and corporate access teams to maximise client engagement.
  • Monitor market developments, corporate actions and macroeconomic events impacting US equities and ADR markets.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to provide seamless cross-border client coverage.
  • Ensure all trading activity is conducted in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an institutional Sales Trading, Execution Trading or Agency Brokerage environment.
  • Strong knowledge of US equity markets, market structure and trading venues.
  • Proven experience executing institutional flow in Delta One products, ADRs and cash equities.
  • Existing relationships with institutional buy-side clients would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent understanding of trading technology, electronic execution platforms and algorithmic trading.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving trading environment.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
