Our core service is facilitating bespoke B2B events for our clients, connecting them with high-value prospects from their targeted accounts. In addition to dinner events, we also organise virtual events and in-person day events. Due to our growth, we are looking for an articulate and bright Delegate Sales Executive to join our delegate acquisition team.

About the Role

As a Delegate Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive research to identify target companies and understand their market focus and goals.
  • Engaging with C-suite executives and building rapport to generate sales and establish lasting client relationships.
  • Utilising various marketing sources such as LinkedIn, emails, and cold calling to reach out to prospects.
  • Meeting personal and team targets in a fast-paced sales environment, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Managing and prioritising your workload efficiently to maximise productivity.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities through in-depth research.
  • Commitment to providing quality service by upholding Kinetic Alliance standards.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner when speaking to C-suite executives.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal targets and increase commission.
  • Proven ability to build excellent client rapport.
