About the Role
As our new Claims Specialist, you’ll be the reassuring voice and expert guide for homeowners making claims on their new-build warranties. Based in our Cheltenham office, you’ll manage claims from start to finish — whether it’s a single homeowner or a managing agent representing a whole block of flats. These aren’t your typical fire or flood claims — they’re more nuanced, always interesting, and require a bit of building know-how (don’t worry, we’ll help you build that knowledge!). What matters most is your commitment to exceptional customer service and your ability to handle each case with care and professionalism.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of experience in insurance claims handling
- Property/construction insurance background? Great! If not, we’ll train you
- Confident communicator – written, verbal, and over the phone
- A natural problem-solver with top-notch customer service skills
- Organised, independent, and a true team player
- Comfortable with MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
- Eager to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Degree preferred, but not essential
