Reviewreportsandgatherinformationasrequiredtofullyinvestigateeachclaim.
Liaisewithotherindustryprofessionals,suchasSurveyors,Engineers,SolicitorsandInsurerstodiscussclaims,agreeinvestigationstrategies,advisingonliabilityandcostsandmakingappropriaterecommendationswithregardstopolicyliabilityandclaimshandingstrategy.
Manageyourdiarytoensureoptimumuseoftimeandresources,meetingallagreeddeadlines.
UpdateClaimsManagementPortalSystemtoensurealllossadjustingrecordsareaccurateandcomplete,andalldatasecurelystoredfollowingappropriateguidelines.

SkillsandExperiencerequired:
Experienceinmanagingconstructionclaims,includingsimpleandcomplexclaims.Ideallyyouwillhaveexperienceoflatentdefectsinsurancefornewbuilds,conversionsandselfbuilds.Wewillalsoconsidercandidateswithabackgroundinresidentialbuildingsurveying,buildingpathology,defectdiagnosis,subsidenceclaims,generalinsurancebuildingsworkorotherrelatedfields.
