Building Consultant Marley Risk Consultants Ltd are a chartered Loss Adjusters servicing the needs of the Property Latent Defects Insurance market across the UK. Established in 2013, we have offices in Shrewsbury, Evesham, Nottingham and London and are going through a period of growth to meet the needs of our expanding client base. We are seeking experienced Building Consultants to join our team. This postholder will provide Claim Handlers, Loss Adjusters and Clients of the business with the technical expertise in relation to building pathology, building defects and their remediation and associated costs. Job Type: Homebased throughout the UK- Hybrid working requirements to be in the office at least one day a month Full-time (Mon-Fri) Salary: Negotiable depending on experience. Key Activities: Carry out inspections of building defects and report upon damage, causation and remediation Carry out inspections of damage in relation to property claims for fire, flood, escape of water and impact and provide technical advice to Loss Adjusters including scheduling of necessary repairs and costs for reserving purposes.
