Location: Hybrid: home and Marley office (Paddington until April and Tottenham Court Road thereafter) with some travel to RVC and other practice locations in north London

The Role - Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and motivated registered veterinary nurse (RVN) to join our team supporting the development and clinical validation of a novel pet health collar. You’ll work directly with the Marley Health team and our external partners to bring a best-in-class device to market.

What you’ll do – Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the clinical validation of a new smart collar for dogs, ensuring effective communication with pet owners, veterinary professionals, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee data capture and ensure high standards of documentation and protocol adherence.
  • Apply sound judgement in animal welfare in a clinical research setting.
  • Assist in driving innovation and contribute to the development of the product as the company evolves.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications and experience

Must haves:

  • Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with at least 2 years of practice experience (essential)
  • Experience in supporting clinical research or data gathering is an advantage
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage uncertainty
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and open to learning
  • Experience with basic computer software packages

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in research or data gathering
  • Regulated industry experience (e.g., healthtech, medical devices) is a bonus, but not required.
