Anglian Learning is a successful multi-academy trust in East Anglia responsible for 22 schools educating over 11,000 pupils and employing more than 1,650 staff. We are seeking an experienced, proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our Senior HR Team on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering a progressive people strategy across a growing and ambitious Trust.

You will work in close partnership with Headteachers, senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR support, influence strategic decision-making and ensure the effective management, development and wellbeing of our workforce.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about organisational development and employee engagement, and has strong experience managing complex employee relations matters and change programmes.
