  • Professional CIPD membership and Level 3 or 5qualification or currently studying towards or willing to do so.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Administrative experience in either an HR orgeneralist environment.
  • Evidence of dealing with HR queries.
  • Evidence of strong communication and customerservice skills.
  • Evidence of ability to organise and plan ownworkload.
  • Flexible approach demonstrating the ability tomaintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Evidence of having planned work over short tomedium term to include contributing to project deliverables.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective workingrelationships at all levels to influence and get things done.
  • Ability to take responsibility for planning ownwork and deliver consistently when working to strict timescales and conflictingpriorities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills andability to successfully present information verbally through use of formalpresentation tools.
  • Ability to carry out basic research, collect andcollate data to include basic analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent IT skills, including the ability touse MS Office software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Ability to travel independently to meetings andwork locations across Anglian Learning Trust schools, including rural siteswhere public transport options may be limited.
  • Be a strong team player.
