You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like! In return, we use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van. Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £14.47 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime. All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. That’s a great deal.

Driving Licence Requirements

  • Full UK or EU driving licence
  • Minimum of 12 months driving experience
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points
  • No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years

Other Requirements

  • Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
  • As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Information

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
  • Contracted days: Work any 5 days out of 7, 8‑hour shifts. Further information will be provided during pre‑boarding.
  • Shifts: AM & PM. May start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
  • Pay Structure: Position is lunar paid – you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Pay Rates

  • Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.96
  • Evening Premium (from 6 pm): £1.12
  • Sunday Day Premium: £1.40
  • Sunday Evening Premium: £2.63
  • Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £17.45
  • Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £18.57
