Join National Express West Midlands as a Bus Driver – Now Paying £16.09 to £19.67 per Hour.

We’re offering new, increased pay rates for experienced PCV licence holders:

  • £19.67/hour – 3+ years’ proven PCV (Bus and Coach Only) driving experience
  • £17.62/hour – 2+ years’ proven PCV (Bus and Coach Only) driving experience
  • £16.09/hour – less than 2 years PCV (Bus and Coach Only) driving experience

Location: Perry Barr Garage.

As a professional driver, you'll provide safe, reliable transport and excellent customer service across the West Midlands.

Operation Hours: We operate 7 days a week, 3am until 2am.

Schedule: Any 5 days from 7 including a variety of early, late, and occasional night shifts. Rotas are set in advance to support your work-life balance.

What you’ll need:

  • Full UK PCV Licence (Category D)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Minimum age: 18
