The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 Β£ per year.
The ideal candidate will need to hold the SENCO qualification, be passionate about SEND, and be able to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues. They should have good organisational skills and act as a listener, facilitator for learning, motivator, and role model for the children.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Manage SEND for our mainstream school for pupils aged 1-11 years old
- Strengthen provision for SEND pupils by supporting colleagues to help children that have identified needs
