Marlborough Highways is seeking an Operational Trainer to develop the skills, safety and compliance of our workforce across our growing highways business. You’ll deliver and continuously improve a wide range of training programmes and inductions to ensure employees and subcontractors are fully equipped to carry out their roles safely and effectively.
You’ll deliver in-house training including LANTRA Traffic Management and weekly inductions, create training materials, and deliver quarterly Safe.
