You will lead safe, compliant delivery of highway maintenance and improvement works across the borough, coordinating operational teams, subcontractors and the client to meet quality standards and programme timescales.
You will be responsible for RAMS, site inductions, and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies, reporting on performance KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement
