Role Purpose: Enable the Intermediaries / Wholesale sales team to deliver growth by removing administration friction, improving speed and elevating partner experience. Own the pre-and-post meeting operational flow so the Sales team can spend more time selling and partners receive fast and accurate answers. You will report to the Commercial Director and work alongside primary stakeholders, including Business Development Managers, Marketing and Partner Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support and Onboarding: Act as first-line support for advisers/wholesale clients, coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Sales Enablement: Build meeting packs, prepare presentation/proposals, manage agendas and follow ups.
