The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Role Purpose: Enable the Intermediaries / Wholesale sales team to deliver growth by removing administration friction, improving speed and elevating partner experience. Own the pre-and-post meeting operational flow so the Sales team can spend more time selling and partners receive fast and accurate answers. You will report to the Commercial Director and work alongside primary stakeholders including Business Development Managers, Marketing and Partner Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support and Onboarding: Act as first-line support for advisers/wholesale clients, coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance.
- Sales Enablement: Build meeting packs, prepare presentation/proposals, manage agendas and follow ups.
- CRM Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate CRM records, update opportunities and produce weekly pipeline reports.
- Lead Handling Campaign Support: Follow up on marketing generated leads, qualify and hand off to Business Development Managers.
- Event Webinar: Assist in planning and delivering webinars, fund manager events and conferences.
- Reporting Insights: Maintain SLA dashboards, activity logs and highlight process improvements.

- Essential Knowledge: Basic understanding of UK fund distribution and compliance.
- Beneficial Knowledge: Consumer Duty awareness, operational risk.
- Essential Experience: Entry-level administration, client support administration (FS preferred).
- Beneficial Experience: Prior asset management, sales support or lead generation experience.
