Position Available: Full time position - 4 set long days, 7.30am - 6.00pm (giving you one full day off per week!)

What We’re About: Marlborough Day Nursery is a family-owned private day nursery based in the centre of Coalville in Leicestershire. We offer quality care and education for children from birth to 5 years. Our nursery boasts fantastic facilities including 2 outdoor areas, large indoor sports hall, library, soft play and a sensory room! We believe in the importance of celebrating every child as an individual and as such we have built our long-standing reputation in maintaining an environment in which our children are happy, confident and independent individuals.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A full and relevant early years qualification (level 3 or above)
  • Valid certification in Paediatric first aid, safeguarding children and food safety
  • Experience in the day to day running of a group room
  • Experience of leading a small staff team
  • Experience of working in a nursery environment
  • Sound knowledge of child development and the EYFS
  • Ability to support a group of key children

Successful candidates will be required to provide two references and copies of training certificates. They must also undertake an enhanced DBS check or be subscribed to the update service.
