The Apprentice Chef will be mentored through a college-assigned apprenticeship to become a Professional Chef, with training in our Catering Department kitchens at Marlborough College and some home-based theory.
Alongside training, you will assist with food production as directed by senior chefs and shift supervisors, ensuring compliance with Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Regulations
