Join Our Gardens Team at Marlborough College. Marlborough College, spread across nearly 300 acres, offers a variety of formal and informal gardens and natural spaces. Our gardening team works on diverse projects across the estate, from maintaining beautiful formal gardens to nurturing natural wilderness.
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a proven record in high-quality horticultural work, enthusiastic about caring for our environment, and eager to work in a stunning setting. This full-time role starts at 7:30 am, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate is a good team player, responsive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and develop qualifications such as RHS, NVQ, or City & Guilds in Practical Horticulture.
A full driving licence and competent IT skills are required; comprehensive practical training will be provided.
