Oaklands Rest Home is seeking a Head of Maintenance to ensure safety, comfort, compliance and presentation of the home. The role is hands-on, covering reactive repairs, planned maintenance, safety checks, contractor liaison, stock, tools and general upkeep while respecting residents’ privacy and dignity.
You will prioritise safety risks, support compliance records, and communicate effectively with staff, contractors and managers in a friendly, family-run environment.
