We are looking for a driven leader to lead up our Customer Success function. This is a permanent role, managing a team of four and playing a critical part in delivering value to our growing customer base.

Responsibilities include:- Lead and grow Customer Success - coach, support and line-manage a team of four CS professionals.
- Ensure customers are successfully onboarded, supported and educated - driving their satisfaction, adoption and success.
- Collaborating with others, shape and execute strategies to retain and grow accounts.
- Own relationships with key accounts where required.
- Recruit and onboard new team members as the business scales.
This role best suits someone with most of the following:
- Customer Success experience, ideally in a complex B2B product offering.
- Line management experience, ideally in a customer success context.
- Experience of financial services or data businesses a big plus - especially Corporate Finance, Private Equity or Accountancy.
- Detail orientated with strong problem solving skills.
- Salary - dependent on experience.
- Based in central Edinburgh (CodeBase) - Hybrid and flexible working arrangements work for us.
- 37.5 hours a week.
- 34 days annual paid holiday (including bank holidays).
