Your goal Marktlink is one of the largest independent M Dedicated deal origination function to facilitate lead generation; Exit Ready consulting service designed to enhance longer term deal outcomes; Multi award winning M Fast growing Transaction Services and Debt Advisory service lines; Capital fund investment team with ~3 billion AuM (assets under management), investing on behalf of entrepreneurs into market leading private equity funds; Full‑service support functions, including significant investment into proprietary deal tech and AI platform. As a Senior Associate in Marktlink’s Midlands offices you will play a pivotal role in our continued rapid growth as a leading full‑service M Preparing company valuations and deal documentation; Getting to know and approaching potential buyers and sellers; Building and maintaining the (Marktlink) networkand developing your own professional network; Preparing financing applications and solving financing issues; Providing broad support to the senior team members during projects. Your profile Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (ACA / CFA); and/or You have a minimum of two to three years work experience in M You are a social and entrepreneurial person who is commercially minded; In addition to being analytically strong, you are punctual and goal‑oriented; Demonstrable experience working with C‑Suite / business owners / decision makers is an advantage; The ability to build strong relationships and excellent communication skills is key; An excellent command of the English language.
