Marks & Spencer is recruiting a Supply and Demand Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering Food on the Move and Hospitality. The role is on-site in Paddington, London three days per week, with a strong emphasis on leadership, data-driven planning and supply chain transformation.
You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver availability, reduce waste and optimise stock across multiple categories and suppliers, using RELEX and Excel for forecasting and decision-making.
