What you'll do:

  • Drive sales and availability across Irish stores through high quality end to end supply and demand planning.
  • Manage performance through clear KPIs (key performance indicators), identifying risks and responding quickly to maintain availability.
  • Optimise stock and system settings to balance availability with sustainable levels of waste.
  • Support the delivery of new line introductions and events, ensuring strong planning and compliance.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across supply base, retail, trading, logistics and space teams.

  • Comfortable leading a team and helping others deliver their best work.
