What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Own the end-to-end design and implementation of future-state consolidation, group reporting and external reporting processes within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Lead the development of standardised, automated financial close and consolidation processes, reducing manual effort and improving reporting accuracy and governance.
  • Partner with Group Finance, local finance teams, auditors and programme partners to align business requirements and drive key design decisions.
  • Oversee testing, validation and business sign-off activities, ensuring the solution meets regulatory, statutory and operational reporting requirements.
  • Champion organisational change by supporting training, adoption and successful transition into business-as-usual operations following launch.

Who you are

Your skills will include

  • Significant experience delivering finance transformation programmes involving SAP, ideally including S/4HANA and Group Reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in financial consolidation, intercompany reconciliation and elimination, group reporting, and statutory reporting under IFRS.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior business partners across Finance, Technology, Audit and Programme teams in complex environments.
  • Experience leading process design, governance, testing and business readiness activities throughout large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, controls and regulatory requirements.
