Join our team as an Ocado Commercial Planner! We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to help drive M&S trade on Ocado. In this role, you will lead digital content improvements, analyse data to uncover growth opportunities, and support governance across our partnership programme. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products shine online and deliver exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Do
- Lead digital content improvements, including imagery upgrades and optimising product descriptions using AI tools
- Monitor and report on product reviews, providing insights to support product development and technical teams
- Analyse financial and customer data to identify growth opportunities and inform commercial strategies
- Support governance and programme delivery, including preparing materials for Steering Groups and partnership meetings
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between M&S and Ocado teams and maintain trackers for key deliverables
